SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.avsurfboards.com.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days once boards are finished or available from stock inventory. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order for shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone used on the original order.

 

Shipment Method

UPS Standard Ground, Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from pickup

Freight Shipping (Boards 8'0" and longer): 7-14 days depending on distance

Delivery delays can occasionally occur once in the hands of a shipper.  AV Surfboards is not responsible for any delays once an order is transferred to a shipper.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

 

Damages

AV Surfboards is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials, photograph damage to packaging and products in question before filing a claim with carrier. Claims should be processed via the carriers website under their instruction.
